PetroVietnam Security Service Corporation frequently recruited guards ensure the requirement of security activity in important project of PetroVietnam and other clients. The conditions and criteria as follows:
I.               Recruitment criteria:
1.     Having full capacity off civil acts, clear self and family history records
2.     Having good discipline, no criminal record
3.     Graduated from Secondary School (or equivalent) or above.
4.     Having the security guard certificate granted by C64 – Ministry of Public Security, Firefighting Certificate granted by authorized agency (the trainee attend PVS training will be granted both certificates)
5.     Good health, meet the requirement of security work as follows:
-       Male: Age from 18 to 45, from 165cm tall, 55kg in weight or above;
-       Female: Age from 18 to 32, from 1m60 tall, weighing 50 kg or above;
-       No deformities and tattoos on the body;
-       No infectious diseases and social diseases;
-       Balanced appearance,quick and flexible gesture.
Priority candidates are the members of country contributed family; children of staff of the Company; Citizens have fulfilled their obligations in the military and police; Those with an intermediate level of specialized electronic - computing - or foreign languages ​​who wish to work permanently in the Company.
II.            Admission document:
- Job application (form).
- 02 copies of curriculum vitae certified by the local government (with photo 4x6cm, sealed).
- Judicial history card issued by the Department of Justice, Province level.
- Health certificate of health facilities on the county level (A3).
- Certified copy of Diploma of Secondary School or higher.
- Certified copy of identity card, birth certificate and household registration book.
- Certified copies of diplomas and certificates (if any).
- 4 photos 4x6cm (not older than 03 months before to the time of registration for admission).
III. Rights
-       Employeeswork 48h / week, respectively 26 working days / month with 30 days (if working mode is 12h / day, each day to go to work is calculated as 1.5 working day), the minimum wage monthly  isfrom 4,000,000 VND / month or more; During the apprenticeship (2 months) employees receive 80% above salary  and during the probation period (1 month) receive 85% above salary; Working overtime wages will be added;
-       - Every year, on the basis of production and business efficiency of the company, employees receive month 13th salary and extra salary on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, New Year, 30/4 - 01/5, 02/9 and other occasions (if any);
-       -After 02 years of being considered for wage / salary times and is raised before the deadline if there is a special achievement,
-       - Laborers work quality and high sense of responsibility, observance of labor discipline well, often to fulfill the assigned task will be promoted to management positions of security team / group and higher;
-       - Receiving the extra income during the occasion of the establishment of the Company, birthdays and the supporting money when there is funeral or wedding following collective labor agreement of the company (some other employees receive money in International Day women, the People's Army day, People's Police following collective labor agreement);
-       Foremployees experiencing difficulties,apart from the Company, Labor Union supports under the provisions, also enjoy the support costs from the Petroleum Fund for Mutual Assistance, Poor Women Fund of PVS Labor Unions. Workers have the time to work at the company: 07 years for Male, 05 years for women who has difficulty could be supported by Vietnam Oil and Gas Labor Union  for repairs or new construction of housing at between VND 40,000,000 - 80,000,000 VND (Forty million to eighty million)
-       - Joining Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance; In addition, the employee signing the official contract will be bought with personal insurance combined with the maximum level of compensation up to 105 million VND (One hundred and five million);
-       Receiving full pay during annual leave as prescribed by the State; if employees do not take annual leave, they will be paid extra money for working on these days;
-       Receiving other benefit from the regime prescribed by the State;
-       When working at specific targets, with high economic efficiency, company will consider to give further support apart from wages such as additional wages, housing, shuttle, two meals the main dining / day ... The support is prescribed depending on the specific objective.
